On 22nd June 2019 we held an auction at 10 Yanko Ave, Wentworth Falls. This property when we first inspected it was in pretty poor condition, I mean there was mould everywhere, possums and rat had been living and breeding in the roof cavity for 10 or more years and the house was in need of a complete renovation.
