Meet Brooke Davis

Real estate has always been a part of Brooke’s life. Born into a real estate family, she grew up surrounded by the industry before beginning her own career and working alongside her parents in sales support.

Now licensed for more than 10 years, Brooke holds a Class 1 Real Estate Licence and Auctioneer accreditation and brings extensive knowledge of the Blue Mountains property market. Over the years, she has also specialised in property styling and preparing homes for sale — something that remains one of her greatest passions. She loves seeing the potential in a property and bringing it to life before it reaches the market.

Well known and respected throughout the Blue Mountains, Brooke has built her reputation on exceptional customer service, genuine relationships and an unwavering commitment to her clients. She understands that selling a home is a major life decision and believes every client deserves personal attention, honest communication and an agent who is fiercely dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome.

For Brooke, real estate isn’t simply about selling property — it’s about people, presentation and making every home stand out.

Bianca & Neil BrownA Legacy in Blue Mountains Real Estate

For almost three decades, Bianca and Neil Brown have been familiar and trusted faces in Blue Mountains real estate.

Their journey began with Century 21 in 1995, where Bianca established herself in residential sales while Neil specialised in property management. Together, they built a reputation founded on local knowledge, genuine relationships and a commitment to looking after the people who trusted them with their property.

In 2005, Bianca and Neil took the next step and purchased their own Century 21 franchise, before creating Bianca Brown Realty in 2020 — an independent agency built around the values and personal approach they had developed throughout their careers.

Over the years, they have formed lasting relationships with clients, families and professionals across the Mountains, along with an extensive network of local contacts and an intimate understanding of the communities they have represented.

Having recently retired, Bianca and Neil have entrusted the next chapter of their life’s work to their daughter, Brooke Davis, who has spent years working alongside them and learning the business firsthand.

While Bianca and Neil may have stepped away from day-to-day real estate, the experience, relationships and reputation they built remain an important part of Bianca Brown Realty today — with Brooke proudly carrying their legacy forward into the next generation.
